Parents join their child in the water while I provide hands-on coaching and guidance. Lessons focus on water comfort, safety foundations, and age-appropriate skills, while teaching parents how to support their child’s learning with confidence and intention. (10 months to 3 years old). 20 minute class

Competitive swim training is designed for swimmers seeking to refine technique, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable performance goals. Sessions focus on stroke mechanics, starts, turns, pacing, and race strategy to help athletes cut time and work toward qualifying standards such as sectional or meet-specific time cuts. Each training plan is individualized to support long-term development, consistency, and confident performance in competition.

I provide focused lifeguard preparation that covers swim endurance, rescue skills, test readiness, and confidence in the water. Sessions are designed to help candidates feel prepared, calm, and capable on certification day.

Triathlon and Ironman swim training is designed for endurance athletes looking to improve efficiency, confidence, and performance in open water and pool settings. Sessions focus on stroke mechanics, breathing patterns, pacing, sighting, and race-specific strategy to help athletes conserve energy, improve swim times, and perform confidently on race day. Training is individualized to support technique refinement, endurance development, and the demands of long-course competition.
