Our youth program teaches children proper swimming technique through a proven progression system. Students advance through levels as they master skills, learning freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
Designed for kids ages 4-12 at any skill level, from first-time swimmers to those refining competitive technique.
Students gain essential water safety skills, improved technique, physical fitness, and confidence that extends beyond the pool into all areas of life.

Lesson length varies by age and program. Our toddler and beginner lessons are typically 30 minutes to maintain focus and prevent fatigue. Intermediate and advanced lessons run 45-60 minutes. Private lessons can be customized to your schedule and goals, ranging from 30-60 minutes per session.
For your swim lessons, please bring a swimsuit, towel, and goggles. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. For younger children, swim diapers are required. If you have long hair, a swim cap can be helpful but is not required. All other equipment needed for lessons will be provided.
We offer both! Group lessons (typically 4-6 swimmers) are great for building confidence and social skills while learning alongside peers. Private lessons provide one-on-one attention and faster progression for those with specific goals or schedules. We also offer semi-private lessons for 2-3 swimmers who want to learn together.
