Individualized swim instruction for children, focused on safety, confidence, and skill development in the water. Lessons are adapted to each child’s pace and learning style to support steady, meaningful progress. 20 minute class, 40 minute class, 60 minute class, or 80 minute class.

Program Overview

My youth program teaches children proper swimming technique through a proven progression system. Students advance through levels as they master skills, learning freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Youth swim lessons are designed to help children build strong swimming skills, water safety awareness, and confidence in the pool. Instruction focuses on proper technique, breath control, floating, kicking, and coordinated stroke development, all taught in a structured and supportive environment. Each lesson is tailored to the swimmer’s age, ability, and comfort level, with clear coaching, positive reinforcement, and steady progression. The goal is to help every child feel safe, capable, and confident in the water while developing skills that support both lifelong swimming and water safety.
